A growing collective of experts
NorthStar Care Community is a non-profit organization of mission-driven providers, programs and services devoted to continually increasing access to care for those experiencing serious illnesses and providing support during end of life, especially at home.
Fortunately, many families across the nation are learning about the services available, often at little or no cost to them. The services we provide include managing symptoms, providing emotional and spiritual counseling and increasing comfort.
The NorthStar Care Community is anchored by our founding members, Arbor Hospice, Centrica Care Navigators and Hospice of Michigan, providing hands-on care in Michigan statewide. Our members combine decades of expertise to connect patients and families with the personalized care they need.
In addition, we provide support services to other providers of palliative & hospice care across the nation through our NorthStar Solutions Group.
